Terrible service, breakfast at the town bar very poor. Very bad room cleaning, it looked like Halloween with the cobwebs in the room, very cold house, the houses are really shared, the rooms are individual but the common areas are shared, information which does not specify. The pool is very cold, you find some company cockroaches in the pool. In short, a bad experience and terrible cleaning service. NOTHING RECOMMENDED

The regular room, the sheets had a stain and on top of that the sheets were small and came off all the time, it was freezing when we arrived. The breakfast was disastrous, we left today without having breakfast, on top of that we have to go outside to have breakfast. Today it was 10:15 and it was not open yet, the day before we had to wait a long time because the coffee machine was not yet under pressure, in short I do not recommend it, we will not return

No one received us, but that's the least of it. It is very cold in the house, there is a lot of humidity, the sheets are wet. You can hear rats in some rooms, in others the heat pump does not work. In others, the shower water comes out lukewarm, or the shower holder is broken. The house has very little light, you go in darkness. As for the kitchen utensils, very scarce and the knives do not cut and the forks do not puncture. A cockroach in the bathroom of the large common room. Come on, a disaster. I don't recommend it at all.

Well, the experience was average, the place is nice but the hotel: the mattress is very soft, you end up sleeping on the mattress since the sheet is eaten away, the spa does not exist, so you have to pay 60 euros more per person for a crappy spa and only from 4 to 7, the rest of the evening they let you enter the heated pool, they tell you that the pool is at room temperature. It is if you pay the 60 euros, otherwise it's cold because they turn everything off, but they lie to you and tell you that's not the case, but you freeze and to make matters worse, I found a dead cockroach in the pool floating next to me, a COCKROACH as normal.

A special weekend. The house is located in a small town in Ávila located half an hour from the city of Ávila. It is ideal for a relaxing outing away from the stress of the daily routine and take the opportunity to have a SPA session or, as in our case, a nighttime bath in the jacuzzi with the Sierra Nevada in the background. The town has multiple hiking trails with good views and a bar two minutes from the accommodation where you can have breakfast or drink anything at all times. I recommend it

We haven't been bad. The rooms on the upper floor mix high ceilings with sloping ceilings. They are decorated with very good taste and the floor is beautiful. The rooms on the first floor are spacious and have a uniform ceiling. Bathroom with shower. Cleaning. The fact that the power went out and we had to change rooms are things that happen. It needs some maintenance details and someone at the hotel to be taken care of in case of any eventuality. The floor of the first floor hall has been waterlogged all weekend. Those who provide breakfast service in the town bar do not do much of their part to satisfy the needs of the hotel's guests. I laugh at the heated pool. The water is freezing.

Where do I begin…. The previous information was none. We came because they had given us a voucher for a spa (we didn't know anything about the place), it was only for Saturday, so we decided to take it on Friday but, due to work on Friday, we had to cancel it. They had charged us €74 for Friday and when we canceled it they told us that they had to charge us €40 because the gift vouchers were not exchanged on weekends, there was a common pool that cost more (supposedly) and they had exchanged it for us because we took the Friday too. While at the stay we spoke with another couple who also came with a gift voucher and they had not been charged €40 for the pool and they only had one night like us, we have also seen that they have published that in November their pool is free on Fridays and Saturdays , they have laughed at us. The day before coming we didn't know what time the check-in was, what time the SPA was, we called them to be able to figure it out since we were coming from afar and their response was: everything is on the website (what a website...) and that they had to balance hours so as not to have everyone at the spa coincide. Once here, you get the keys from a machine at the entrance but you have to call them, they don't give you any prior code to unlock it, you enter and they give you a tour of the house by phone. It was very cold in the house, we arrived at our Rebollo room, even colder. A very small attic room, you have to be careful when getting up from the toilet or bed so as not to hit your head (or if you are a little tall). They left us an empty toilet paper roll and we couldn't find anything else to replace it around the house, we wrote to them and they replaced it for us. The bathroom has automatic lighting and although it has a hole in the mirror for two light bulbs, they have been removed. In addition, they left us 2 large towels and 2 small ones for the shower, there is no mat for the shower. They don't leave you anything to go down to the SPA, so if you go down those towels will be wet when you want to shower afterwards (nor is there a locker room where you can change in the spa). The wifi works when it wants and there is almost no coverage in the town. They told us that our spa time was at 6:00 p.m. (which they distributed to us in times so as not to coincide with too many) we arrived and there was a warm pool, a cold shower, a normal shower and a sauna. After a while a girl opened the jacuzzi for us, but you can't enjoy it for 1 hour since we had to share it with 3 other couples. When we called them to ask, they told us that we could eat in town but it was sandwiches, pizza, dogs, hamburgers... The closest town with bars is Piedrahita, there we had incredibly good lunch and dinner and it is 20 minutes from Villanueva del Campillo. The place is to disconnect, since it is in a town with almost no inhabitants, but many things would need to be improved.

From photos that I only found one of our room, it seemed more shabby, but I have to say that everything has been wonderful. The super comfortable bed, the very spacious family room, the spa and pool a luxury and with water at its ideal temperature. A really neat kitchen downstairs and shared but no fuss, I don't think anyone used it the weekend we were there. The town is very small but with tremendous charm, from the new playground you could see the plain and it was beautiful. A bar in the plaza, up the hill with a very friendly woman and a simple but abundant breakfast. A wonder, a charming town and horses in the yards. Of course, more or less 40 minutes from Ávila capital but the journey was short
